The design provides a strong metropolitan densification with proportionate height development in the big river curve, which marks the centre noticeable. Also in the additional smaller centres and especially in the new university higher public buildings should mark their positions. The urban greening is also important for the design, so every living area is in a short distance to a green area. There is an east-west-axis in the midst of the planning area, which extends the existing bridge across the lake.
