The semi-detached house is integrated in a large-scaled area, which is dominated by freestanding mansions. The area is near both to the city forest and the city centre; these different qualities offer a unique environment for the residents.

The building is influenced by the houses in the southern part of “Fürst-Pückler-Strasse”, an oriel, which is typical in this part of the street, dominates the main façade. The staggered arrangement of the top floors and the dealing with round and square forms is characteristic for the building, thus it gets two different faces: Seen from the southeast, it seems almost classical because of the cubical forms and the vertical windows; from the northeast, the round oriel and the horizontal windows have a modern effect.

The arrangement of the large-scaled windows and terraces allow both coexistence and privacy for the two flats, they interlock and grow together to one building.
